Solution Center Networking Lounge

This sponsorship includes furniture with pops of color - 2 sofas, 4 chairs, 2 charging coffee tables, an easel sign, 2 branded table clings, and logo recognition on the event website and mobile app.

Elevator Door Clings

$10,000 for 2 elevators (4 Available)

Sponsors can feature custom graphics on elevator doors at high-traffic locations—choose between the main entrance or the 3rd floor near registration and the exhibit hall—for maximum visibility and repeated impressions throughout the event. Your sponsorship also includes logo recognition on the event website and mobile app.

Outdoor Networking Lounge

Promote wellness and connection! Give attendees a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy fresh air between sessions. This sponsorship includes outdoor furniture—2 sofas, a coffee table, 2 chairs, 2 bar-height tables with 4 barstools—plus 2 table clings and an easel sign for brand visibility. Sponsorship also includes logo recognition on event website and mobile app.

Artwork specifications for table clings will be provided upon contract signing, and artwork is due 30 days before the conference.

Private Meeting Rooms

$1,000 per Day

Available Sunday, October 4 – Tuesday, October 6, 2026

Host client meetings or team gatherings in a professional meeting space conveniently located near the conference education sessions in the Phoenix Convention Center. Meeting Rooms can accommodate up to 50 guests in banquet style or 60 guests in classroom style, providing an ideal setting for private discussions, team meetings, or hosted client engagements during the conference. Meeting Room Sponsors may not schedule activities: including receptions, breakfasts, sessions, or other events that conflict with the official ASHRM 2026 Annual Conference schedule.

Note: Audio/visual services and food and beverage are not included but may be arranged for an additional fee.

Stair Clings –1st Floor / Main Entrance

Turn every step into a branding opportunity! Sponsors can place custom stair clings in high-traffic areas—choose between the main entrance stairs or the 2nd-floor stairs leading to the 3rd-floor registration desk and exhibit hall. For maximum visibility, combine both stair clings with a banner cling on the 2nd floor.
