### Networking Lounge - Outside Solution Center Entrance

This networking lounge offers attendees a comfortable space to connect while featuring a tall 3M x 8’H graphic wall, 2 sofas, 4 chairs, 2 charging coffee tables, and 2 branded table clings - giving your brand maximum visibility. Perfectly located outside the Solution Center entrance, with your logo also featured on the event website and mobile app. **Note:** Artwork specifications for the graphic wall and table clings will be provided upon contract signing, with artwork due 30 days before the conference. |

### Solution Center Networking Lounge
#### $12,000 (Exclusive)
Give your brand a presence directly on the show floor! Attendees can relax, recharge their devices, and connect between walking the show floor in a comfortable, inviting space. This sponsorship includes furniture with pops of color - 2 sofas, 4 chairs, 2 charging coffee tables, an easel sign, 2 branded table clings, and logo recognition on the event website and mobile app.
**Note:** Artwork specifications for the table clings will be provided upon contract signing, with artwork due 30 days before the conference.
### Elevator Door Clings
#### $10,000 for 2 elevators (4 Available)
Put your brand front and center! Sponsors can feature custom graphics on elevator doors at high-traffic locations—choose between the main entrance or the 3rd floor near registration and the exhibit hall—for maximum visibility and repeated impressions throughout the event. Your sponsorship also includes logo recognition on the event website and mobile app.
**Note:** Artwork specifications will be provided upon contract signing, and artwork is due 30 days before the conference.
### Outdoor Networking Lounge
#### $10,000 (Exclusive)
Promote wellness and connection! Give attendees a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy fresh air between sessions. This sponsorship includes outdoor furniture—2 sofas, a coffee table, 2 chairs, 2 bar-height tables with 4 barstools—plus 2 table clings and an easel sign for brand visibility. Sponsorship also includes logo recognition on event website and mobile app.
Artwork specifications for table clings will be provided upon contract signing, and artwork is due 30 days before the conference.
**Note:** Patio layout may vary per space. Space is 300 sq feet.
### Private Meeting Rooms
#### $1,000 per Day
Available Sunday, October 4 – Tuesday, October 6, 2026
Host client meetings or team gatherings in a professional meeting space conveniently located near the conference education sessions in the Phoenix Convention Center. Meeting Rooms can accommodate up to 50 guests in banquet style or 60 guests in classroom style, providing an ideal setting for private discussions, team meetings, or hosted client engagements during the conference. Meeting Room Sponsors may not schedule activities: including receptions, breakfasts, sessions, or other events that conflict with the official ASHRM 2026 Annual Conference schedule.
**Note:** Audio/visual services and food and beverage are **not included** but may be arranged for an additional fee.
### Wall Banners and Wall Clings
Put your brand on the wall for everyone to see! Sponsors can display custom wall banners or clings in high-traffic areas, choosing between the concurrent session corridor , the overhang above the 2nd floor escalators and stairs or in the foyer in front of the exhibit hall for high-impact exposure. Artwork specifications will be provided upon contract signing, and artwork is due 30 days before the conference.
