- Floor plans with dimensions due to ASHRM Show Management for any exhibitor occupying an Island, Split Island, Peninsula, or Modified Peninsula
- Exhibitor Drawings/Raffles due to ASHRM Show Management for approval
- Payment Deadline (regardless of contract submission date)
